With a PDCAAS of 0.92 and delivering about 12g protein per 18g serving (~66% protein), it provides high-quality protein and digestibility that address key limitations of soy and pea-based alternatives.

Available in multiple formats — Ground™, Shred™, Strip™, Flake™, and Bite™ — each optimized for specific applications from tacos and sushi rolls to soups, fillings, and hybrid meats.
