Maia™ FORM

Maia™ FORM is a textured protein made from just two ingredients, oyster mushrooms and peas, developed to improve the flavour, texture, and nutritional profile in food applications. With a PDCAAS of 0.92 and delivering 12g protein per 18g serving (~66% protein), it provides high-quality protein and digestibility that address key limitations of soy and pea-based alternatives.

Available in multiple formats — GROUND, BITES, STRIPS, and SHRED — each optimized for global cuisine applications from tacos and burgers to soups, fillings, and hybrid meats.
