Maia™ ULTRA is a milled organic oyster mushroom powder engineered at 25 microns for seamless dispersion and minimal precipitation. At 24% protein, and 48% fibre, it contains a complete amino acid profile with naturally high levels of fibre, iron, glutamate, leucine, and valine, delivering nutritional quality beyond basic protein blends.
With more than 20% β-glucan and alpha-glucan polysaccharides and naturally occurring ergothioneine, ULTRA contributes moisture retention, viscosity, emulsification, fat mimicry, and shelf-life stability. These properties allow teams to enhance nutrition and functionality at relatively low inclusion levels.
